TREATMENT BOOKING TERMS
1. Appointments
Appointments are available seven days a week between 9am 8.30 pm and by special arrangement at other times
The booking desk is open from 10am to 7pm every day
Bookings can be made by telephoning 020 81234545 or by e-mailing: bookings@Beauty4angels.com
We cover Londons Zone 1 and parts of zone 2.
PRICES AND POLICIES
There is a minimum call out fee of £50.
Prices quoted are for execution of service within the zones mentioned above. Beyond this radius a surcharge will be added based on distance and time.
In case the therapist is kept waiting outside for more than 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time without prior notification we will consider that as a cancellation and the full appointment charge will then apply.
For all appointments on which the therapist is kept waiting into the appointment scheduled time you will be provided with the outstanding treatment time. An extra charge will apply if you wish to add on time in order to have the full treatment but that will be a subject of the therapists availability.
Please note that prices and services are subject to change without prior notification.
PAYMENT
Services are payable by cash and all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques are not accepted unless by prior arrangement.
At the time of booking we do require credit card details to guarantee your reservation. Cards will be charged on the day of the service.
Leaving gratuities for job well done is appreciated but never expected. We can not add any gratuities to your card charges.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a strict cancellation policy. The full cost of your treatment will be charged to the card holding the booking if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
For appointments booked within 24 hours, the notice period is 4 hours in advance.
As a consideration to you, appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance.
YOUR TREATMENT
Please call in advance to reserve your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
In order to set-up therapist will arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Depending on the particular requirements of your treatment please ensure that the therapist has access to good lighting, hot water, power supply, and sufficient space for a therapy couch.
Before your first treatment you will be asked for a brief medical history as certain health conditions might be contra-indications to some treatments.
We require parental permission for any client under the age of 16.
In the interest of both client and therapist safety we reserve the right to refuse a treatment if we deem it inappropriate.
YOUR PRIVACY
At Beauty 4 Angels we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and looking after your best interests. All personal details are kept in the strictest confidence and are used only for the purpose of providing you with a safe, efficient and professional service.
Beauty 4 Angels is a Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Treatments are carried out by highly qualified and experienced therapists. who are carefully selected. All practitioners are CEDESCO, CIBTAC, IHBC or NVQ qualified and fully insured members of BABTAC, FHT or other relevant organisations.
Our therapists use only leading brands in the industry.
Please expect a satisfaction survey by e mail or a phone call after your first treatment.
